The celebration and joy of the No Name Club National Youth Awards can now be viewed in two galleries of pictures that capture the excitement, fun and happiness of the national event. The youth awards proved to be hugely successful, with over 900 teenagers and over 300 adults assembling in the Lyrath Hotel in Kilkenny for a celebration of youth involvement in communities across Ireland. Clubs from north, south, east and west wree brought together for a night that saw Marty Waters of Ring of Hook No Name Club and Jemma Murhill of Killarney No Name Club crowned the Host and Hostess of the Year. After Marty and Jemma had participated in the final stages of the national final along with the 10 other finalists from around the country, the tables and chairs were removed and a six hour disco extravaganza saw hosts and hostesses from around the country party late into the night.
