The schools are back and Junior Cert results day is fast approaching (September 15th).This year, No Name Club has teamed up with the Health Service Executive to encourage young people to celebrate the milestone without alcohol or drugs and make the night unforgettable for the right reasons.
No Name Club will interact with the HSE website – www.yourdrinking.ie – to inform teenagers, their parents, teachers and others of celebratory events that will take place around the country free from alcohol and drugs use. www.yourdrinking.ie is a website that allows people to find out what they need to know about alcohol and help them to protect their health, relationships and the community. From Monday, September 6th, the HSE will be encouraging parents and students to talk about alcohol and drugs and plan a safe and memorable celebration. The HSE website www.yourdrinking.ie has information for parents and young people on alcohol, its affects on health, wellbeing and communities, and the website www.drugs.ie provides information and support for parents and young people on legal and illegal drugs.
If your No Name Club is running any events or activities on the day of the Junior Cert results or beyond, let us know and we will include it on our listing of events. You can call the office on 045 435444 or info@nonameclub.ie
